What We Do


We provide evidence-based psychology interventions designed to help you to manage stress, feel less depressed and anxious, better understand and support your loved ones, maximise your emotional well-being and to find meaning and purpose. In the Clinic

Our home at Lilley Place in Indooroopilly can accommodate extended hour appointments for individuals, couples and families. We offer disabled access and onsite parking.

Outreach and Mobile

Home visits and outreach services are available for those experiencing accessibility challenges.

Rural & remote clients can access support via rebates on Skype psychology sessions (conditions apply).

In the Community

We run a variety of information sessions, groups and workshops throughout the year.
